Dealer F&I Improvement Techniques

Profit Training announces the launch of two bespoke solutions for UK motor dealers, focussing on dealership people, processes and business partners.

The first analyses the current aspects of the business and makes specific recommendations for change to improve F&I Profitability.

The second offers an off the shelf training solution of 14 modules, each designed to take no more than half a day, and which can be mixed and matched as per the dealers requirements.

All 14 modules run concurrently in one residential week to complete a full Business Management Residential course held at locations around the UK every month
