Inchcape completes Lind acquisition
Inchcape Retail, the second largest dealer group in the UK, has completed the acquisition of Lind Automotive, ranked 21 in the Motor Trader Top 200.
Inchcape announced its intention to snap up Lind in May.
The purchase of Lind will boost Inchcape’s portfolio in the south east and East Anglia by bringing on board five BMW, three Mini, four Volkswagen, four Audi and three Honda dealerships as well as single outlets for Land Rover and Mitsubishi.
