TVR abandons factory relocation
Sports car manufacturer TVR has abandoned plans to move to a new temporary factory in Lancashire.
Production was set to transfer to an interim facility in Squires Gate, Blackpool, but the move has been scrapped after the site failed to meet health and safety standards.
TVR said it would now stay at its site in Bispham until the new factory in Blackpool Business Park opens in 2008.
