EMH open to offers
European Motor Holdings has confirmed that it is in talks with interested parties relating to a possible offer for the group.
In a statement to the stock exchange, the top ten group stressed that discussions were at a preliminary stage and there was no certainty that an offer would be made for the group.
The announcement follows intense speculation after EMH’s announcement in October that it was undertaking a “strategic review” of the business.
