Motorpoint rapped by advertising watchdog
Car supermarket Motorpoint has been rapped by an advertising watchdog for its latest ad campaign.
The Advertising Standards Authority said that the company’s national press adverts had “exaggerated significantly” the price savings on the cars advertised and were likely confuse consumers.
The ASA ruled that the adverts were misleading and should be made clearer before being used again.
