INCHCAPE has extended its recommended cash offer for European Motor Holdings Plc until Feb 6,.
It confirmed Friday morning that it now holds or has received acceptances for 93.67% of the company.
On January 16, Inchcape declared its offer for European Motor Holdings unconditional as to acceptances.
