Kia expects full-year sales of the cee’d to reach 10,000 units. The model arrives in UK dealerships in February with prices starting at under £11,000. Kia is confident the cee’d will conquest sales from the lower-medium market leaders such as the Ford Focus, Vauxhall Astra and Volkswagen Golf. The car maker confirmed that Toyota commercial director Paul Philpott will be installed as its new UK managing director next month. His predecessor, Paul Williams, left the company late last year.
