Used car dealers have topped a list of consumer complaints received in the east of England lat year. According to figures from Consumer Direct East of England, there were 2,703 cases involving independent dealers over the past year, making up almost 5 per cent of the total complaints received. Mobile phone service agreements came second, with 1,653 complaints, followed by TVs and new cars bought from independent garages.
