The directors of European Motor Holdings have announced their resignation from the group’s board. CEO Richard Palmer and finance director Ann Wilson have resigned from their posts with immediate effect. At the same time, Inchcape managing director Spencer Lock has been appointed to the board, with Barbara Richmond, Connor McCormack and Katherine Milliken also being appointed as directors of EMH. The deadline for Inchape’s 480-pence-a-share offer for EMH closed 6 February.
