Sklaroff to be new head of
FLA STEPHEN SKLAROFF is to be the new director general of the Finance & Leasing Association.
He joins on May 21 and will replace Martin Hall who retires in the summer after 12-years at the helm.
Sklaroff has been deputy director general of the Association of British Insurers since 2000.
