Inchcape Retail has topped the Mercedes-Benz CSI (customer satisfaction index) for the second successive year. The group’s six Mercedes outlets in its north west territory produced the winning performance with a combined 96.45 per cent satisfaction rating. However the highest scoring individual dealership was Inchcape’s dealership for the brand in Loughborough.
