Experian to buy Hitwise

INFORMATION COMPANY, Experian, has bought internet marketing group, Hitwise, for $240m in cash.
Hitwise monitors the performance of clients' websites to help advertising expenditure be targeted more effectively.
Online advertising now accounts for 11.4% of all UK advertising.
