Kia UK settles dealer dispute out of court
KIA UK has settled its dispute with former dealer, Kernahan of Witney.
An out-of-court settlement, for an undisclosed, has been made.
The 18-month dispute stems from Kernahan's claim that Kia failed to make certain warranty and sales bonus payments.
"The settlement that has been mutually agreed is fair and equitable, said Martin Kernahan.
