More un-destroyed V5C documents turn up

THE MARCH plate change has led to the detection of more fraudulent registration documents used on stolen vehicles sold to innocent motorists.
Hundreds of blank V5C registration documents, stolen from the DVLA Swansea, have been turning-up on cars bought during the March change-over.
The DVLA issued a warning in February when an initial batch went missing after they had been sent from the centre for destruction.
Now, the warning has been repeated as more turned up in March, often for luxury and prestige models.
