N. Ireland registrations drop in March

DESPITE SEEING March registrations rise 2.34% to 40,163 units, Scottish dealers are wary of the future.
"With possible interest rate rises to come, we look forward to the next few months' figures with guarded optimism," said a spokeswoman for the Scottish Motor Trades Association.
Welsh dealers also saw a rise in March.
Registrations increased by 4.22% to 18,223 units .
Dealers in Northern Ireland, however, suffered a 3.91% reverse with sales dropping to 9,190 units compared with the same month last year.
