York car trader ordered to quit site
THE OWNERS of a used car site in York, called Red Pyramid, have been ordered to stop trading.
Lorna and Mario Marchi who run the car lot, as well as a car wash business called Completely Lathered, on the site of their York Riding School, did not acquire change of use of the land.
An inspector has dismissed an appeal by the couple and upheld a local council enforcement action taken against them in 2005.
