Ferrari has been named as the best place to work in Europe.

The Great Place to Work Institute placed the luxury brand top in its latest survey for providing employees with the best possible working conditions and encouraging professional growth.
Over a thousand companies throughout Europe participated in the survey.
Ferrari said it was proud to have won the award and credited its training programme as a major factor in helping it win.
The carmarker said training was one of its main focuses and last year it sent 89 per cent of its employees on training programmes.
