Honda launches internet recruitment drive
Honda has launched a web based staff recruitment initiative to help its dealers target, identify and assess the best technicians, sales staff and managers.

The programme features a designated website – www.hondapeople.co.uk – which the brand hopes will help dealers find candidates with the right skills for any role within their business while also reducing their recruitment costs. Honda claims the website attracted 3,500 unique visitors in its first two weeks and it expects that figure to rise dramatically as more dealers sign up for the programme and the number of advertised vacancies increases.
