Inchcape buys into Lithuanian retailer
INCHCAPE is buying 67% stake in its third-party Mazda retailer in Lithuania.
It is paying up to £13m cash for the stake in UAB Vitvela, saying it is in line with its strategy to expand into the emerging markets, especially the Baltic states.
The acquisition will give Inchcape close to 20% market share in the Lithuanian car market.
