MNH Vehicle Contracts buys Platinum
MNH Vehicle Contracts has purchased Platinum Fleet Management Ltd of Wakefield for an undisclosed sum.
The merger has created a new company, called MNH Platinum Ltd which offers total fleet solutions and a catalogue of over 10,000 vehicles.
Directors will be managing directors Mark Hindle ( from MNH), John Epsom (MNH), sales director Steve Barraclough ( from Platinum) and finance director Justine Pursglove (MNH).
