NIGEL STEAD of Lloyds TSB Autolease, has been appointed chairman of the BVRLA succeeding John Leigh at the end of the normal 2-year period of office. Peter Cakebread of Marshall Leasing, has been appointed chairman of the leasing committee, Brice Adamson of Enterprise Rent a Car becomes chairman of the daily rental committee and David Farbon of Fraikin was appointed chairman of the commercial vehicle rental and leasing committee.
