No break-up of Chrysler Jeep and Dodge brands
CHRYSLER JEEP and Dodge dealers were re-assured, yesterday, that the three brands will remain once Cerberus Capital Management takes over later this year.
"The Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep brands will not be broken up,'' chief executive Tom La Sorda said Tuesday, during a news conference in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
"I also look forward to pursuing other partnerships that will be in the best interest of Chrysler. We aren't big in Asia and we have no presence in India, and we would like to grow in those two areas," he said.
