Vertu adds Blakes to Bristol Street
NEWCOMER, Vertu Motors is paying an estimated £4.9m for Blake Holdings which has 3 dealerships and a service centre.
All of the businesses - a Vauxhall dealership in Chesterfield, a Vauxhall service centre in Matlock and Peugeot dealerships located in Chesterfield and Worksop - will all assume the Bristol Street Motors name.
Vertu acquired the Bristol Street Group in March.
