Cerberus takeover causes network unrest
Chrysler UK management will spend next week on a six-venue roadshow to reassure dealers unsettled by the recent sale of the manufacturer to private equity company Cerberus.
Dealers have expressed fears of asset-stripping by Cerberus after the company acquired 81 per cent of Chrysler from Daimler-Benz, which merged with the US maker seven years ago.
Chrysler UK managing director Peter Lambert will miss the UK media launch of the Jeep Patriot and Dodge Nitro to head up the dealer meetings.
