Skoda's Scouts prepared for fleet market
CONTRACT HIRE companies, end users and emergency services have been testing Skoda's Octavia Scout and Roomster Scout at the Langdale Quest Off-Road Centre, Yorkshire.
"The 4x4 Octavia Scout is clearly a great fit for any police fleet thanks to its new off-road ability," said Gary Mallett, fleet specification manager at West Midlands Police.
"Skodas already constitute a large part of our fleet and we are impressed with their performance and reliability. With such great vehicles and great relationship we have with the business team at Skoda, we will be back for more."
Martin Burke, head of business sales at Skoda, said the feedback from the event was very good. "Both vehicles will do well in the fleet market," he said.
