Charles Hurst Belfast fined
CHARLES HURST Toyota in Belfast has been fined £2,000 after pleading guilty to two charges under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
The case, dating back to May last year, concerned a customer who was invoiced for parts which were never supplied during a 40,000-mile service.
The case was brought by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment's Trading Standards Service.
