Flooded businesses offered interest-free loans
CAR DEALERS and other businesses hit by floods in Yorkshire are being offered interest-free loans.
The short-term loans are being offered by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
The news was cautiously welcomed by car trader and car scrap yard owner, Thomas Neal, whose businesses in Pickering were marooned.
"Loans to tide people over are a good idea but loans have to be paid back. It depends how long the repayment period is," he said.
