OZ wholesaler buys in to HR Owen
AUSTRALIAN MOTOR vehicle wholesaler, Balverona Pty, has acquired 4,139,696 ordinary shares of 50p each in HR Owen.
It now has a total holding of 4,396,696 ordinary shares in the luxury retailer, representing 18.62% of the voting rights of the company.
Last week, Trefick Ltd sold the same amount of Owen shares which left it without any voting rights in the company.
