Sales blackout of cars with tinted windows
TRADING STANDARDS and police have uncovered 15 unsafe cars on dealers' and traders' forecourts in Stoke on Trent.
The blitz revealed that the cars' tinted windows were too dark.
The windows now have to be changed before they can be sold.
