Pendragon swoops on Dixon Motors
UK's biggest car dealer snaps up 19 sites from the struggling group
Pendragon has swooped to acquire 19 dealerships from Dixon Motors in a multi-million pound deal.
Dixons, which is currently in administration, has disposed of the businesses for approximately £17m.
The sites are predominantly in Yorkshire and will be rebranded as Evans Halshaw. All hold volume brand franchises.
