Audi tops NFDA dealer attitudes survey
Prestige brands Lexus and Mercedes have been given the thumbs down in the latest RMIF National Franchised Dealer Association’s Dealer Attitude Survey.
Lexus, once the undisputed market leader, taking the top position six times consecutively, fell back to fourth place last winter, and has now plunged to 12th position.
Mercedes slipped from second to tenth, its former ranking taken by Lexus' parent company Toyota.
