AUDI is expected to enter the supermini sector with the unveiling of a model that will pave the way for the launch of an A1 range. A concept car, called the ‘metroproject quattro’ was unveiled at this month’s Tokyo Motor Show. The baby Audi will also be used to showcase a range of hybrid engines.A production version of the concept is expected to make its world debut at the Paris Motor Show in September next year, with sales starting in early 2009.
