London traffic is the slowest in Europe
London has the slowest moving traffic in Europe with cars crawling at an average speed of 12mph.
According to the study by keepmoving.co.uk, London’s speed is less than a quarter of the speed in Hamburg - reported as Europe’s fastest city - where motorists enjoy a 50mph average.
