Porsche set to strengthen hold over VW
ECJ ruling could alter power balance of German carmaker.
Volkswagen could be transformed this week when the European Court of Justice votes on the so-called Volkswagen Law, which governs the company’s shareholdings.
If the court scraps the law, as expected, Porsche will be able to raise its 31 per cent stake in VW to a majority.
