BMW under attack from intermediary website
A website claiming BMW has forbidden dealers to do business with it has spoken out against the carmaker, which it believes is breaking EC rules.
BMW has been cracking down on dealers selling cars to websites that the manufacturer claims are reselling the vehicles at heavily discounted rates.
Some of the websites concerned have denied any wrong-doing, however and said that BMW is breaking current block exemption rules by telling its dealers not to do business with them.
