Zurich - Following an announcement today that Jonathan Browning, 48, GM Europe vice president, sales, marketing and aftersales and Chairman of Vauxhall Motor Limited, has been appointed GM vice president, global sales, service and marketing, Carl-Peter Forster, GM Group Vice President and President GM Europe, today announced a UK leadership appointment. CW (Bill) Parfitt, 60, Vauxhall Motors Limited managing director, is appointed Vauxhall Chairman, effective June 1, 2008. Bill will also maintain his existing GME sales responsibility for GME Fleet and CV activities.
